Expand your knowledge base. When online help is simply not enough, VIC now offers private, face-to-face MLS training and setup in your home or office. And because we understand that one size does not fit all, our training is custom tailored to fit your specific needs and technical skill level.
In order to provide the best customer experience possible, VIC strives to be flexible to your request and responsive to your needs. While on site, our certified, professional service technicians can also provide additional PC support and optimization at your request.
The private MLS training and setup service is available in the entire MLS RealFocus service area. No prior knowledge or class completion is required. The cost is $75.00 per hour plus a $12.50 trip charge, one-hour minimum, charged in half-hour increments after the first hour. Both individual and group sessions are available.

At VIC, we believe in the mutual benefits of long-term solutions and commitment to service. Our Managed Security Protection Program includes priority phone support and remote access support.
Contracts are month-to-month and start at $10.00 per month per computer. Monthly onsite visits can also be included starting at $20.00 per month per computer with a three computer minimum. As a computer protection customer, you would also qualify for the lower contract rate for any additional computer repair work that you may need.

When it's time for an upgrade, whether you need to increase hard drive space, add a network printer, or new software — our technicians can order, install, and configure a brand-name product within your budget that will be compatible with your existing system.
The cost for any general computer repair or new setup is $85.00 per hour plus a $12.50 trip charge, one hour minimum, charge in quarter hour increments after the first hour. If you alredy have a Managed Security Protection Program with us, the contract rate is $70.00/hr and includes a 4-hour guaranteed response time.
