RealFocus General Help

If you are having a problem with using the RealFocus MLS system and cannot resolve the issue using the RealFocus Agent Manual, below are some help options.

RealFocus Customer Care

If you need to contact a Customer Care Representative, try any of the following options:

  • to a Customer Care Representative.
  • Call a RealFocus Customer Care Representative at (865) 246-5100. Telephone Support is available Monday through Friday - 9 A.M. to 5 P.M., Saturday - 9 A.M. to 1 P.M., and Sunday - 1:30 P.M. to 5:30 P.M.
  • FAX your issue for Customer Care to (865) 246-5130.

When contacting customer care, please be sure to have your account and other pertinent information handy.
