If you are having a problem with using the RealFocus MLS system and cannot resolve the issue using the RealFocus Agent Manual, below are some help options.

RealFocus Knowledge Base

This is usually the best way to resolve an issue, as our Customer Care Specialists can keep a automated log of all issues for future development. Once you submit the issue, our staff will work to resolve your issue within one business day, depending on support volume.

RealFocus Customer Care

If you need to contact a Customer Care Representative, try any of the following options:

  • to a Customer Care Representative.
  • Call a RealFocus Customer Care Representative at (865) 246-5100. When prompted, press 6 for Technical Support. Telephone Support is available Monday through Friday - 9 A.M. to 5 P.M., Saturday - 9 A.M. to 1 P.M., and Sunday - 1:30 P.M. to 5:30 P.M.
  • FAX your issue for Customer Care to (865) 246-5130.
